The last hour of your drive takes you through breathtaking scenery of the South Carolina Lowcountry. From I-95, take the Hilton Head Island exit (#8) to Highway 278 and follow the signs to the island. Hilton Head National is one minute west of the bridge to Hilton Head Island.
